Let's talk about Acta.
To me, in many ways, it's not just a company—it's an inner calling I've been following for years.
When I got my first computer at twelve, a whole new world opened up. For the first time, I didn't need permission from teachers or parents to explore. I could simply dive in, create, and learn—falling down endless rabbit holes driven by genuine curiosity.
That curiosity led me to build robots, design websites, prototype software ideas, craft games… you name it. All without asking for permission, guided purely by what felt right.
But as we grow up, the world tries to tell us this is wrong. That we need a "real" job, something high‑status that earns admiration. And in that push for status, we forget what we're truly meant to do.
That's why Acta exists: to remind people of that childhood feeling of following what feels right.
Why? Because I believe that when you pursue what you love—what genuinely excites you—you'll do your best work, and become the most successful, fulfilled, and happy version of yourself.
As Goethe said, "If children grew up according to early indications, we should have nothing but geniuses."
Call me crazy, but I think there's something greater at play in this world—call it God, the Divine, the Universe, or whatever resonates for you. And I believe that each of us has a unique contribution to offer that can make the world a better place.
Yet society is designed to make us forget our life's true task. We're here to help you reconnect with it.
The name Acta comes from the Latin phrase acta non verba: deeds, not words. Actions over talk.
You don't discover your life's work by just thinking or talking about it—you discover it by doing. Action generates information, and if you listen to your inner voice, you'll quickly learn what truly excites you. That's your inner compass.
Enough philosophy. Let's talk about you and Acta.

Acta was born from our own journeys.
Bjoern built and sold a company for €400 million in five years—and realized the conventional game of entrepreneurship is broken. His life's task is reducing the self-inflicted suffering in the world.
I started an AI company from my dorm room that now generates over €2 million in revenue—committing myself to follow my highest excitement and my life's task: bringing ideas to life.
Though we started this company just a few months ago, we're committed to exploring a different way to build companies—a way that starts with you as a person, not a market opportunity some consultant highlighted. We do care about money—it's the best proxy for the value you create—but only as a by‑product of genuine creation.
On a broader level, AI is reducing funding barriers and enabling more people to work on what truly excites them. We could dive into market dynamics, but that's not the purpose of this letter.
This letter is meant to give you a glimpse of why we do what we do, and how we do it. We're vocal about our differences to filter out those who aren't a fit.
