Bjoern Keune is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience founding and managing successful companies. Driven by a practical mindset, he left business school early to focus directly on real-world ventures. Most notably, he co-founded and served as CEO of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) company Invincible Brands, which was acquired for €400 million. Despite significant business success, Bjoern felt a deeper purpose was missing from his life, prompting him to embark on a multi-year journey into self-development, embodiment practices, Zen meditation, and spirituality. At Acta, he integrates the depth and insights from these personal explorations with his extensive expertise in building impactful businesses.

Louis Morgner

Founder & CEO

Louis Morgner is a technical innovator and product visionary who began coding at just 12 years old. Graduating cum laude from Maastricht University, he founded Jamie AI, widely recognized as Europe's leading AI note-taking startup, while still a student. In recent years, Louis has dedicated himself to working on deep learning projects and exploring real-world applications of Large Language Models (LLMs), alongside profound philosophical inquiries into life, creation, and existence. Through these experiences, Louis realized his highest calling lies in bringing useful ideas to life. At Acta, Louis combines his exceptional ability to envision products and businesses in intricate detail with the practical skill of creating environments that enable teams to deliver their best work.
