Our Manifesto

1. Doing things for it's own sake. We are not driven by external outcomes, but by doing things for the sake of it. This requires genuinity and a deep sense of purpose. And a devotion to the work we are doing.

2. Consciousness unlocks potential. We cannot change what we don't see nor understand. The inner journey of understanding one self and developing deep self awareness is the key to evolve into more powerful, embodied versions of ourself to tap into our highest potential.

3. We follow our soul's calling. Humans tap into unmatched inspiration, energy, fulfillment and excitement when they let the fog of daily life dissolve and make space for noticing their soul's calling and then act with courage to pursue it radically. Rooted in a trust that goes beyond the human mind.

4. Radical honesty all the time. We say things as they are. We don't water down our words. When we feel an impulse in our intuition, or a thought in our perception, we say it. No matter the consequences.

5. Public transparency for all actions. Instead of hiding our actions, mistakes, and learnings, we share them openly with the world and build in public. All in the service of trust, accountability, and owning who we are.

6. Acta non verba. Ideas and thoughts die all too often without having touched the physical plane of the world. We minimize the time from idea to action. And live the mantra of "actions over words", in every moment.

7. Detachment & full presence. We practice the wisdom of zen to the fullest of our capacity. We detach ourselves from outcomes, to open ourselves up to everything that is available in the now. Inspired by the great teachings of taoism.

8. Playing to win, not to not loose. We fearlessly play to win. Think bolder. And maximize ruthlessly our exposure to upside. We are playing to win, not to not loose. It's not that we eradicate fear, it has it's place. But we don't let it dictate our decisions and actions.

9. Our minds are the only limit (and physics). If we are not breaking phsyical laws, it is possible. And our mind is the constraining factor for the things we can give birth to in this world.

10. Believing in the divine plane of life. There is something beyond the comprehension of the humand mind. We believe in soul, the divine, god, or whatever word you want to use. This is where our greatest ideas find us. Routed in this, we practice to detach ourselves from ego patterns and work with the truth of every moment unfolding.

11. I see you. We see each other for who we are fully and not for who we want someone to be. I see you is not just a saying for us, it's a practice we use to open and close interactions no matter if there was alignment or disagreement.

12. Now or never. We do things right away, in the moment. We don't make plans to act, we just act. Instead of saying we will intro you to someone next week, we do it right on the spot in the meeting.

13. Compassion. As human beings we have the opportunity to realize that we are not only all connected but are essentially one in our divine nature. Since this state is not easy to access and to live from, we commit to actively practice compassion which is one of the most important expressions of this state. As a compassionate community we walk the path alongside each other, being in our experiences together from the deepest pain to the greatest joy. For us it is not about avoiding challenge or pain, it is about being in an intense experience together and to put staying in connection above personal conflict and friction when they arise.

This manifesto isn't just what we believe—it's how we work. It guides our decisions, shapes our culture, and defines our contribution to the world. We're building for a future where everyone has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully, to bring their best ideas to life, and to shape a world worth living in.
